As a young child, I've never been aware of my surroundings. Growing up with social media changed all that. It went from just games, to knowing a friend in a different state, to consuming news, witnessing crimes that've been committed, hearing atrocities being reported, and learning the sufferings and experiences of millions of others across the world through a small screen. You would think it was clear what was right and what was wrong but scrolling through comments would lead me to men, transgender, and women of all types that questioned otherwise. What was astonishing was some women didn't even know their own anatomy! Compassion and I have frequent conversations revolving these issues and so we decided that this was important to us.

In recent times, I have felt that the situation in this country is quite devestating. I especially feel that the economics and political system of this country has never been so disapointing, that looking forward to the future seems like a foreign concept. Advocacy is important to us, and Cindy and I dedicated this website to young individuals who may also be feeling the weight of the issues in our society, might be angry or confused at the state of the world, or would like to be a little more aware of everything that's happening.
